You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative or employee of another person. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
Each person is permitted to hold only one ar99o account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
You must not be registered on any self-exclusion scheme or third-party exclusion list at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during account activity. If you are currently self-excluded from gambling services, you must not attempt to open an account on ar99o.
To access real-money features you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate, current and complete information. Registration requires a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ar99o will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address and contact details — must be truthful and current. ar99o reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
The primary display currency on ar99o is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a currency is selected at registration, it may not be possible to change it subsequently. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are those current at the time of transaction processing.
ar99o is required to verify the identity and age of players before processing withdrawals and upon reaching certain deposit or activity thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention requirement.

All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. The submission of falsified, doctored or misleading documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, withholding of funds and may result in referral to relevant authorities.

Deposits are credited to your account in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the deposits section of your account dashboard. ar99o references familiar Pakistani payment options including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer services such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as context for local players. The actual availability of any payment method is subject to current operator policy and the terms of the payment provider concerned.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, the absence of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds and compliance with minimum withdrawal thresholds specified in your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where possible.
Processing times vary by payment method and verification status. ar99o aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes specified in the account cashier section. ar99o is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
ar99o does not extend credit to any player under any circumstances. All wagers must be funded from a positive real-money balance in your account.
ar99o applies standard fraud and AML controls to all transactions. Deposits or withdrawals that trigger AML review thresholds may be subject to additional verification before being processed. ar99o reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for large or unusual transactions.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer. These terms include, but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering or rollover requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum odds where applicable, maximum bet per wager while bonus is active, time limit for use and expiry of bonus funds.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example a 30x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 must be wagered in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. All wagering requirement figures displayed in promotional materials are illustrative examples; actual requirements are specified in the relevant offer terms.
ar99o monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or guaranteed-outcome wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and exploitation of system errors. Accounts found to be in breach may have bonus funds voided and associated winnings forfeited.
Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire after the period specified in the relevant offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited. ar99o does not reissue expired bonuses except at its sole discretion as part of a specific reactivation campaign.
ar99o reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already opted into and commenced qualifying activity under an existing offer.
ar99o reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where: the bet exceeds the applicable maximum stake for that market; the market has been suspended or closed; an error in odds or market data is identified; or where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, human error or data feed failure — ar99o reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies regardless of whether the event has already concluded.
Specific market rules for cricket (including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral Test and ODI series), football, UFC and other sports are available in the Help Centre under "Market Rules". In the event of any dispute regarding settlement of a sports market, the operator's decision is final, subject to the formal dispute process set out in Section 15.
Live markets are offered on an "as available" basis. Odds on live markets update continuously and accepted bets are valid at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance. ar99o is not responsible for connectivity issues on the user's end that result in delayed bet placement.
Maximum payout limits per bet and per event are specified in the relevant sports market rules. Any amount exceeding the stated maximum will not be paid regardless of the actual calculated return.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any outstanding real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC.
ar99o reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Upon account closure, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Depending on the grounds for closure, remaining balances may be returned or withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated due to underage gambling, all stakes will be returned and all winnings forfeited.
ar99o reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice — typically by displaying a prominent notification on the platform or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of ar99o after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where an amendment is unfavourable to you, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect without penalty, subject to withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar99o holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable license jurisdiction are available in your account area.
ar99o does not operate under a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial regulatory body. Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may prohibit or restrict online gambling. This is not legal advice. In the event of any dispute regarding your account, a bet settlement or a transaction, you should first contact the ar99o support team with full details of the matter. ar99o will investigate and provide a response within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you may escalate to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as specified by the Operator's license jurisdiction.
